Refunds & Returns

All of my bakes are freshly made to order and are perishable. For this reason, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been baked or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is an issue with its quality, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery by emailing mattdunncrumb@gmail.com Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and affected products.

This information helps me investigate the issue with the courier where necessary. If your claim is found to be valid, I will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, in line with your statutory consumer rights.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect address details or where a parcel cannot be delivered due to customer error.

Storage Instructions

My bakes are made without preservatives and are best enjoyed fresh.

Cookies

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery.
  • Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature before eating.

Brownies

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
  • Best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Brownies may also be refrigerated if preferred, although this can make them firmer. Allow them to come to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
  • Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

Traybakes

  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  • Best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery.
  • Some traybakes containing fresh dairy, cream cheese, fresh fruit, or other chilled ingredients may require refrigeration. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product packaging.
  • Suitable varieties can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Use By


If any product requires a Use By date due to its ingredients, this will be clearly stated on the packaging. Products with a Use By date should not be consumed after that date.

Once opened, products should be kept in an airtight container and consumed within the recommended timeframe.
